She continues to master various techniques alongside this areas top providers at the most premier Integrated Health Clinic in the PNW. She is passionate about giving her patients relief through the intense muscle releases that come with Medical and Sports Massage. I am bringing the Sports Massage norm of shorts and sports bras for a couple different reasons. I believe massage should be accessible to all, so in an attempt to keep service prices down we do not spend time or money on laundry. This style can include stretching and is easiest without sheets. All body types are encouraged to feel confident on the table, but if you prefer you may bring a sheet of your own for more coverage. Please note lotion may get on your sheet.

Please arrive early to find Building E (orange wall) in the parking garage. Click here to go to the ParkMobile site to register your license plate for the complimentary 2 hour parking to be applied before your appointment.

Enter the door code you received prior to your first appointment at the door to BUILDING E. Follow the hall to the elevators, use the LEFT ELEVATOR with the same code to floor 2. As you exit the elevator you will see BODY SHOP on the door on the far left. (Hali Health and Wellness is the top name on the door) Please wait on the couch until Sky comes out to get you.

People “No-show” more than you would think. Folks have the option to reach out to reschedule if they miss a session but you are paying to reserve a time slot. If the same person continues to “no show” or cancel last minute, a warning will be given that the fee will be kept if any future no shows occur. Exceptions can be made at the providers discretion.
